Okay, it’s not much of a stretch, since the capital – and the airport – are in the south of the country, but… The first stop will be Esch-sur-Sûre . We are talking about a small village perched on a cliff where we find our first castle. Actually, the remains of a castle: those of Esch-sur-Sûre, with beautiful views of the village from its restored towers, one circular and one square.
